This policy explains what information the game Solitaire: A Simple One ("the game") by Purple Shell Interactive ("we") collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Information that stays on your device

Your saved game, statistics (games played, wins, best times), settings (sound, language, draw mode, difficulty), your purchases record, and any decks or tables you design yourself are stored only on your device. We do not receive or upload any of it. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

Photos you choose

If you create your own deck or table, the game asks you to pick a picture from your device. Only the pictures you pick are read, they are converted into card or table images, and they are saved only on your device. They are never uploaded or shared.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The game receives a confirmation of which items you bought so it can unlock them, and keeps that record on your device. Google's handling of payment information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The free version of the game shows ads, served through Unity LevelPlay and its advertising partners. To show and measure ads, these companies may collect device information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, language and approximate location, and information about the ads you see and interact with. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Buying "Remove ads" stops interstitial ads. See the Unity privacy policy for details on LevelPlay and its partners.

Technical data collected by the game engine

The game is built with Unity. Unity may collect anonymous technical information about your device and the game's performance (for example device model, operating system version and hardware capabilities) to improve its engine, as described in the Unity privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name, email, contacts or precise location, and we do not sell your personal information.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can reset or opt out of personalized ads through your device's settings, withdraw consent where it was requested, and delete all data stored by the game by uninstalling it. For any privacy request or question, contact us at the address below.
